The door key wouldn't lock the drivers door when I brought it back so I left it unlocked. Sorry.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIt was very unclear how to enter and exit the “lot”. We had to go off roading to get from the lot to the street.
Jon BThis was a drop box location, no personnel on site. When another invoice came, it had a $20 late fee. I dropped the truck off the same day, filled up with gas and a time stamp from the station at 17.09 pm I called the location Top Lock and he said he was just a drop off location. and to contact you for a refund. other than that it was perfect. CHICO RCustomer service at this location is very good.
GARRY ONot just this location but you did not have the correct truck on hand and gave me a smaller one, making the move more difficult and gave very little notice. Nothing that was request to help with the moved was in the truck, no blankets or hand cart.
