The pick up process took a long time. I scanned my ID and filled out my info but was not getting approved. I tried chatting but had to wait a few minutes for a reply. Once I got one, it immediately sent me back to take a picture of my ID again. Then after submitting it took another 5 to 10 minutes before it was approved. Also, it would be nice if you supported the multiple lenses of the iPhone camera. You cannot take a close up photo of your ID because it defaults to the long distance one and does not switch as you zoom in. Last, I had trouble taking photos of the equipmentment. I ended up having to force close the app and open it again to get it to work.
