Uhaul charged me $8.00 for a 'safe tow', when I had previously rejected that, as I already have insurance for trailers. I'm not happy about that. But that's not the franchisee's fault.

VICTOR AForgive me....I think it was Tyler....or maybe Taylor I spoke to. (I wrote it down however, it's with my cousins moved things!) I also had an excellent experience with the U-Haul drop-off location. Tyler was knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Before returning the trailer, I needed to call because our family required it a little longer than originally planned.
