Not very helpful checkout. The lady clearly doesn't understand that the insurance was optional. So she made us get it. I had to call main office ti get my money back.

The attendant was super nice and quick to get us our trailer and on the road.
Andrew MThe cargo area leaked damaging some of my cargo. The front end vibrated too badly to take on the interstate. Overall poor for the equipment. How do I file a claim for my damaged goods. Less than $300 Fair market value. These were collectibles being taken to a show. Three were heavy rains and the leak was over head as it did not touch items on the floor, so it was intercepted by my product before it reached the floor. There was no other opportunity for exposure.
