The trailer door was so hard to open it took 3 people to lift it and it was even harder to close. I was in able to sweep out the trailer because I was unable to open the door by myself. Otherwise trailer was great.

Tiffany HVery difficult to impossible to get anyone to answer the business telephone. After leaving voicemails, received text from a different number telling me to text them my question (I simply wanted to know what time the business closed but I couldn't get a straight answer). Upon arrival, I had to ring a doorbell on the front of the business. A man eating a sandwich opens up the door wide enough to look out and ask me to park the dolly against the fence. I get an email saying the dolly was checked in 3 hrs AFTER I actually dropped it off. Not sure what kind of "business" this place is, but I will not be renting or returning there again and definitely will not be recommending it to anyone I know.
