Brian Q | Experiencia generalThank you again!
clara n | Experiencia generalI have been using Assured for the last few years and always had a great experience. The manager Rich is a great host and is always a gentleman. This will be the only storage facility that I will use while living in the Athens Area.
Allen M | Experiencia generalThe storage unit is a joke, when I had my stuff in storage for a month and a 1/2 I went on January 22nd 2024, I open the storage unit door and to my dismay found that there had been rats ravishing all of my boxes my $1800 mattress was peed on and pooped on Even though I had it standing up at the back of the unit. the manager was very dismissive and said that it was my responsibility to have insurance on my things! However homeowners does not cover rat damage he has been very dismissive has not gotten back with me sissies on the cruise till March..The storage unit is not secure there is a 6 to 8 inch space at the top of the unit which allows the rats or whatever's in the units to run freely from unit to unit I would notRecommend this company I was very disappointed and I'm still waiting for my deposit back and an answer to what they're going to do about all the stuff that was destroyed in my unit I have had to replace many things including close decorations mattress it's despicable
LUCY T | Experiencia generalI enjoyed the customer service here at Assured and will return for any of my Uhaul needs! Easy access to the storage unit, and couldn’t have been happier with the experience.
Peter W | Experiencia generalRich has been very helpful over the years that I had my belongings in storage. I have rented several U-Haul trucks and trailers and he is always friendly and professional. If a need arises again this is where that need will be met.
Neil F | Experiencia generalThe facility is well maintained, but more critically the office person is helpful.
Michael A | Experiencia generalMy sofa and shoes had mold and the rats and water bugs were present.
Darlene H | Experiencia generalThe owner was friendly, gracious and helpful at every turn. He made storing our stuff easy and enjoyable! I also have rented a truck there a few times. I’d definitely recommend storing your stuff and renting a truck at Assured Storage.
