They were an awesome group of people! Professional, funny and just made the experience for my wife, being new to the state, a wonderful experience. They even were understandable about being a few days late to pay but we also called and updated them on our situation. 10/10

MARY C | Overall ExperienceFast, friendly, convenient and extremely helpful. The only thing that I would change is having 24-hour access to the automatic doors at the storage unit. And I would also suggest that the sales associate be able to give you an accurate pricing which was not available to me when I rented the unit. I got a free storage unit but sales associate didn't know how much the difference was from 24-hour access to only being able to get in while someone was there. I would recommend and you U Haul again. I rented a U-Haul truck from Clarksville Tennessee facility and my rental experience from there was outstanding I couldn't have asked for more friendly sales associate the facility was impeccable and I would highly highly recommend anybody to rent from that facility
dale s | First ImpressionsI paid $230 to get the things out of my unit for 24 hours. The next day the staff said i didnt pay..chased my car down and tried to open my door and continued to chase me thru the parking lot calling me a thief and saying i didnt pay ...i feared for my safety
