Thank you guys for your excellence

John L | Experiencia generalWhen we came to the storage unit to get my things out to move, there were rat feces and rat urine all over the place foxes were ruined. I had to throw things out because urine was seeping through the boxes. Very very disappointed.
Darice S | Experiencia generalI had a "climate controlled unit" and the outer door to enter the building was never completely closed, the closer wasn't adjusted properly or needs replaced. The inside of the building was usually the same temperature as outside year round. The lights in the entrance corridor have been out for over a year or more. Cleanliness was not consistent. There were times when it looked like it hadn't seen a broom in 3 weeks. Overall I would not recommend this to anyone. The price kept going up with no change in conditions listed above. That's why I moved to a more up to date facility where everything works and it is well secured, both the gate and the facility doors.
DAVID S | Experiencia generalI went to this location to rent a trailer, everyone was super nice, when I returned trailer I definitely wanted my vehicle in storage at this location. This was my first time at a U-Haul facility and it was the best experience I had at u-haul. I am super grateful for being able to have my vehicle at the Stephens city location. If I had an option to give more than five stars I would…..
micheal z | Primeras impresionesService is inconsistent at best. If I make payment in cash, I am not guaranteed to be able to make the payment because they arent given a drawer for change. At least once, Im certain a payment wasn't processed and I was behind for a month. There was no record.of the transaction. The gate was malfunctioning for almost a month, making it impossible to exit without calling into the office.
BRYAN N | Primeras impresionesVery helpful and understanding 🙏👍
JAMIE B | Experiencia generalYour prices start out way high to begin with. Your access gate never works right, once you get in you can't get out without climbing the gate to punch in your access code
Dana D | Mudanza en líneaI wish the unit was swept of the previous users filth. Other than that it was great
Jessica K | Mudanza en líneaThe gentleman at the front desk was very professional and very helpful.
Theodore W | Primeras impresionesHere’s a complaint template you can send to U-Haul Customer Service or use in email, certified mail, or online chat. ⸻ Subject: Complaint Regarding Rat Contamination and Property Damage at U-Haul Storage Unit To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally complain about the condition of my storage unit at U-Haul and the damage caused to my personal belongings due to what appears to be a rodent infestation. When I accessed my storage unit, I discovered rat feces and urine throughout the unit and on multiple items, including furniture and mattresses. Many of my belongings have been contaminated and may now be unsafe to use due to health and sanitation concerns. The condition of the unit indicates inadequate pest control and failure to maintain a safe storage environment. As a paying customer, I trusted that my belongings would be protected from contamination and damage. I am requesting the following: 1. Immediate investigation of the storage facility and unit conditions 2. Documentation of the infestation and damages 3. Compensation or reimbursement for damaged property 4. Refund or credit for storage fees related to this issue 5. Information regarding your insurance or claims process I have photographs/videos documenting the contamination and damage and can provide them upon request. Please respond within a reasonable timeframe to resolve this matter. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate the complaint to consumer protection agencies and pursue further action. ISRAEL M | Experiencia generalAll U Haul agents and pick up and drop off locations have been great for me as I have used them for 9 trips.
KENNETH L | Primeras impresionesWasn't really impressed. I am a single woman and I needed help to put my bed in the unit and of course there was no one to help! No one offered me insurance when I booked it nor did they offer it when I checked it out in the beginning I was not aware that I could get insurance through you guys and I thought my car insurance would cover it so I never questioned that someone should have brought that up and no one brought up the insurance to me. I had two times on my trip have your trailer jackknife My car on both sides leaving a dent on each side and the guy was really rude to me when I brought that up and kept claiming it wasn't my fault! You trailers should not be able to do that especially when you make turns? So there's damage on both sides of my vehicle & a little bit on your trailer at the bottom where the it hits the road. I don't know why but It would also scrape the concrete when it sits so low and there was a bump in the road. The damage to my car occurred when I was making a turn and it jackknifed both sides along with several bumps in the road that couldn't be avoided. I was making a turn each time and the thing jacknifed the side of the car on each side from two different turns so I'm taking it to my insurance company. And also another thing the agent that checked me out from the beginning never brought up insurance so I thought my insurance covers when I rent a trailer so that's another thing I'm very mad about. I've had a clean insurance record for so long and this has devastated me because I think the trailer hitch should have been longer for curves or for turning.. I think you guys should make it right! The guy also never gave me anything to show what he charged me at the return. No itemized receipt. nothing and I realize that when I left I have no idea and I'm going to try to get my stuff out of that unit before the month is up because I'm so upset over the whole thing I have no idea what he charged and I was supposed to get a month free and I paid for the rental in advance so there shouldn't be other charges. I could not resolve anything with him and we both took pictures I am furious about the service I received with him When your trailer's jackknife and hit the car that's pretty bad & And like I said I think the connection to my car should have been longer but then again maybe it would have made even more damage when turning. I am definitely taking it up with my insurance company and sending them pictures etc This should have never happened The first time was shocking enough The second time when I turned was even more shocking and my car is an expensive car.. And the little bit of damage on that trailer was from hitting the pavement. it's like on the bottom of the one side. I will be contacting the insurance as soon as possible today I just haven't had a chance yesterday when I turned it in and I was unable to do it as I was only me getting my stuff out of the U-Haul truck and putting it in the unit. Luckily a kind man at the end of what I had to do putting my queen size bed in offered to help That's what made my day not your person or anything else. I don't know if I'll ever use U-Haul again It scares me. I did try to resolve but there was no intention on the other part meaning your guy and he was a bit belligerent when I expressed how upset I was I wasn't even offered insurance in the beginning nor did I know anything about jackknifing or anything that could cause problems and I wasn't sure either about the bar that attaches to my car from the trailer It didn't even seem long enough or maybe it was too long and that's what caused the dents on each side of my car. There was no resolving it with the guy there. He was the only one there when I returned it.
