The storage facility provided by U-Haul was everything I could have hoped for and more. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the facility. The storage units were well-maintained, and the entire area felt secure and well-monitored. It was evident that U-Haul takes great care in ensuring the safety and protection of their customers' belongings. The convenience of accessing my storage unit was a major highlight. Poor rating is because I moved my stuff out of the unit with 3 weeks left until my next payment was due, and did not get any refund for the 3 weeks. If you want to rent here, just know they won't give a refund of unused time that you've already paid for! I've already warned my family and friends to be aware of this if using Uhaul for storage.
