Ben B | First ImpressionsToo many homeless people in and out, wondering around. Made me very uncomfortable. Trash bins were always over flowing, broken glass by the bins, entryway and parking spots, all the time. You allowed some stranger to cut off my lock, thinking it was his unit. You allow the homeless inside to hangout in the ac or heated building to seek refuge and you allow them to work on their bicycles inside as well. God only knows what the customer bathrooms look like! Just not safe!!! On top of all that, you kept raising my storage rent. Not worth it!

David W | Online Move InI booked a storage unit through the U Haul app about a week before we moved. Once we got to our new apartment and were ready to put some items into storage we went to the U Haul facility. Unfortunately the unit I had booked was not available even though I had reserved it over a week in advance and had confirmation of the order. My only options were units that were much smaller, or a larger unit that is inside and much more expensive. That’s pretty frustrating.
CALEB S | First ImpressionsThe employees have no clue what they're doing. One time I paid my bill and she told me that there was not a late payment lock on my Unit when there clearly was. The bad thing is there were 3 veteran employees that acknowledged this misinformation being administered to me and chose not to correct the employee on what anyone knows that rents storage at U-Haul. If your late. You don't have access to your storage. Needless to say a former employee on his last day, stayed and let me into my unit. Which is the only reason I give 3 stars. Your employees are rude and act put out when asked for help. Horrible Customer Service. Needs some work. Thanks for your time.

The storages were well maintained by Rossi ,Teressa and myself .But the homeless people make things worst and customers not want to rent here because they don’t feel safe leaving their belongings here .
