Lack of communication, waited over a year for my latch to be replaced on my storage unit, which to the date I moved out still hasn't been replaced there for there were times I couldn't access my unit or sometimes even secure it, as a business owner that had things stored in it cost me sales because I couldn't access them at times. I'm very disappointed with the service and lack of communication.

We used the temperature controlled units, they were great, I always felt safe accessing my unit, my items were kept in perfect condition and I never worried about my contents being damaged or broken into, no wired smells or pests, there was always a dolly or rolling cart to help move things from the unit to the car, just an easy and great set up. Our pricing felt totally reasonable and affordable for the unit size and service. Staff was always helpful. Highly satisfied!
