Ethan was amazing. Very helpful and fun to work with. He took his time to make sure my needs were met and was great at providing guidance for future needs. Thank you Ethan!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWe found the storage facility to be perfect for our needs for many years. We didn’t run into any problems and I would recommend it as a safe place to keep belongings.
Doug H | Experiencia generalVery helpful and friendly staff. I am disabled and they always went the extra mile to help me.
Ira L | Experiencia generalOne of the best storage facilities I've ever seen, with a superbly helpful and skilled staff. Bravo!
David L | Experiencia generalEthan went above and beyond! We'd reserved a utility dolly but the Pleasant Hill (Lawrenceville) location removed it without notification. We'd also hired moving help through Uhaul, which meant the equipment they needed would not be available. After going to our regular Uhaul and one not being available. I went to the Holly Springs location and Ethan reached out to the Canton location on my behalf and they had the dolly. I would personally like to thank both of these locations for their excellent customer service! Unfortunately, we had an brief unpleasant incident with a different staff at the Holly Springs location but Ethan's willingness to make a call on my behalf instead of sending me off to figure out where to go next outweighs the negative.
Stacie K | Primeras impresionesAll ok except the huge roaches, and the flood in June 2025
PATRICIA T | Experiencia generalExcellent service and convenient location. Tristan was exceptionally helpful and very professionally customer oriented. Will store again at this location when needed.
Richard F | Experiencia generalNone.
Pastor O | Experiencia generalBest staff and best service! Will be back in the future!
Amy C | Experiencia generalWould have stayed at this facility however felt that their prices were constantly increasing and now just price gauging. Have been renting a covered parking spot for my boat for the past 19 months and since that time I have received 5 different letters of price increases…. A total of $50 more. Started at $145.95 and now charging $195.95.
LAURA B | Experiencia generalThe staff was always helpful. The facility was well maintained. If you need boxes of any type or size, this is the only place to go.
William D | Experiencia generalI mostly enjoyed my experience. I very much appreciate the 1 free month. The staff is helpful and friendly. The accessible hours were not very convenient. I've shown up before not knowing the hours and it turns out to be closed. I could also use a little more lighting as the unit was a little dark to navigate and sort through things.
Amber N | Experiencia generalEasy process and friendly staff.
