My roof caved in on my unit, so i had to file a claim. They had dead rats and things like this in my unit decaying. My mattress was covered in rat urine & there was rat droppings throughout my unit. The money they gave me didn't cover half of the things in my unit.

Sandra R | ReservationThe only reason I’m actually putting below average is because i didn’t pay off the unit so I knew it was going to auction. The problem is they took everything out that was good and easy fast money and then took pictures and put it on the auction site! For one you aren’t supposed to take out of a unit period it goes to auction and it was dug through before it ever went to auction.
Destiny T | Overall ExperienceOverall - 5 stars I do have to say, i hit a few snags with getting responses a couple times. But they made up for it as quickly as they could. And were super nice and professional about it!! So i don't want those couple of instances to reflect my overall experience. Just maybe something they could work on (I hate to say that lol but its true) The units were clean and in a safe environment. No bugs. Never got any water. The gate was always secure. The property was well maintained. And the price was right! I will recommend!
