Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWe only needed the storage unit for one week, but the entire experience was good with Crown storage . Able to rent the unit online was a bonus.
Eva H | Experiencia generalThey reach out to you when you need to talk to them about a matter and response to your needs.. really appreciate thaT.
Benjamin W | Experiencia generalI have used this storage for almost three year and I encourage everyone to use it. everything is great with them
Hector M | Experiencia generalStaff at this location is super helpful and knowledgeable.
MIKE B | Experiencia generalI stored my rv there although I live in Houston. Was a bit worried at first but after looking around I felt my rv would be ok. My feelings were correct I never had any issues and I picked up my rv the way I left it. I would definitely store my rv there again.
Johnny H | Experiencia generalI would highly recommend this storage facility Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful
VICKI K | Experiencia generalI had the best experience with this storage company, their staff will go above and beyond to help you in any way they can. I would highly recommend Crown Storage.
Sandra R | Experiencia generalMy roof caved in on my unit, so i had to file a claim. They had dead rats and things like this in my unit decaying. My mattress was covered in rat urine & there was rat droppings throughout my unit. The money they gave me didn't cover half of the things in my unit.
GABRIELLE S | Experiencia generalAlways a pleasant visit to my unit and the bonus of having U-Haul equipment available also makes this a first choice in my storage needs. Crown storage is King!
Felix K | Experiencia generalEverything about the entire rental process was a breeze miss Rachel very helpful very informative very patient because the size unit I initially thought I needed was actually too small so patiently told me which ones she had me through the entire process and made everything Easy I can’t thank you enough.
Tony T | Experiencia generalCrown Storage was good people to do business with. Had no issues while we were there and do recommend it to everyone.
JIMMIE D | Experiencia generalHorrible service a lot of unexpected fees added with no explanations. I wouldn't do business with these people ever again for anything their name is attached to. Do yourself a favor and run away from this place it's definitely not worth your time and money.
Fred W | Experiencia generalTop rated customer service
Max W | Experiencia generalThe Sunday pick up process was difficult to complete. It took us 45 minutes to secure and drive our uhaul truck and the rented appliance dolly was not available in the truck cargo. However after the management was able to locate the dolly for us. Staff was courteous.
Larry P | Experiencia generalVery happy to have my belongings in this storage unit, everything was clean and protected.
Mary J | Experiencia generalEverything went great, thank you.
Sandra R | ReservaciónThe only reason I’m actually putting below average is because i didn’t pay off the unit so I knew it was going to auction. The problem is they took everything out that was good and easy fast money and then took pictures and put it on the auction site! For one you aren’t supposed to take out of a unit period it goes to auction and it was dug through before it ever went to auction.
Destiny T | Experiencia generalOverall - 5 stars I do have to say, i hit a few snags with getting responses a couple times. But they made up for it as quickly as they could. And were super nice and professional about it!! So i don't want those couple of instances to reflect my overall experience. Just maybe something they could work on (I hate to say that lol but its true) The units were clean and in a safe environment. No bugs. Never got any water. The gate was always secure. The property was well maintained. And the price was right! I will recommend!
