Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI have dealt with many UHAUL places with my business. NO comparison with this branch. They are the best! Hands Down. In EVERY way. You have a great place/team at Doylestown Hideaway
Glenn I | Experiencia generalStaff is the very best. I will return once a larger unit is available.
ANDREW B | Experiencia generalMichelle was amazing throughout the entire time. She's awesome!
CHAD S | Experiencia generalSuper friendly helpful folks in the office. Super convenient clean space. Super all around. Thank you so much!
Kurt H | ReservaciónVery peaceful and nice place to leave storage. I don't think I ever met another person there when getting in and out of my shed. I was a bit worried about possibly having damp issues, but after 4 plus years we never had a damp issue.
Christy M | Experiencia generalAlways a pleasure, thank you!
TOM C | Experiencia generalMichelle is the best customer service person and U-Haul/storage manager I have ever met. She helped me when my schedule changed and never left me hanging. Top notch professional from start to finish and a very nice person who cares!
John C | Experiencia generalStaff was very friendly and accommodating
Spencer B | Experiencia generalGreat staff. Absolutely helpful. I would use this facility again
Steven A | Experiencia generalHighly recommend. Pain-free experience, clean, reasonably priced, awesome staff. I've used for multiple trailer rentals as well as storage needs and have absolutely no complaints. This place has the look and feel of a local neighborhood provider, which is so much better than dealing with the large corporate run places I've used in the past. This is my go-to place for any storage and truck/trailer rental needs I have going forward.
THOMAS F | Experiencia generalThis was worst experience of my life! I would like my to speak about the fact I paid 113 in cash and NO federal income tax was take out. The lock to unit did not work it was frozen, no wd40 was offered! To sum this appropriately I would not let my dog stay at this facility! I would not ever recommend this facility.
KATHERINE G | Experiencia generalGreat to work with.
STASIA D | Experiencia generalWe were treated very well during years here with a storage unit and a trailer. We will miss the people at Hideawsy Storage!
Tobias M | Experiencia generalGreat facilities and staff
John G | Experiencia generalGREAT staff, always super friendly and helpful - thank you!!
WARREN B | Experiencia generalVery helpful and professional staff.
Keith V | Experiencia generalMichelle the manager is AWESOME! Very helpful and great to deal with. My BIGGEST complaint is that after over 8 years of rental and receiving modest rental increases year-to-year, this year’s renewal was an OVER 20% INCREASE!! I am so sick of everywhere using “Covid” as an excuse to enact exorbitant price increase!! While they never specifically cited Covid as an excuse, this price increase was outrageous and inexcusable and tantamount to pure greed! We found a bigger, climate controlled unit for $20 less than what this facility enacted. Seems loyalty and prompt on-time payments are not honored or valued by this facility’s owner!
JEANNE V | Experiencia generalThe staff was very knowledgeable about all my boxing and packing questions. They helped me load my car with boxes and even bought back my unused boxes. During such a stressful time as moving the staff was always accessible, understanding and friendly! Great experience!
