However, the price is more than double that of a lot of the competitors in our area. If I had taken the time to do some research and price comparison prior to renting the unit, I would have gone with almost any of the other storage facilities in the Beckley area. My only negative experience is based solely on the price, however the cost is the most important to me and probably to many other potential customers as well.

The staff was fantastic and helped us with a problem that we had (it required us to rent a trailer, but it was a great way to solve our problem when we were moving out, it was not an upsell).
