Nothing to complain about except the rent went up on my unit about 2 or 3 times. I don't think it should increase on current occupants. It should only apply to new renters. The office hours also could be a little longer, I think you need access to a night/late evening person. I had an issue with entry a couple of times and there was no one to contact Other than that the experience was great!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMy unit was great and it was clean when going to the facility. I loved the parking garage that can be closed once you drive through bc that made me feel a lot safe
BRITNEY O | Experiencia generalToo Expensive
herbert c | Experiencia generalA good name I have not heard anyone ever tell me that you guys don't back up what you rent out
EDDIE A | Primeras impresionesIt was quick and easy to get the U-Haul truck and storage space for my move out of my apartment. The staff was also kind and helpful. This location made my move easy and stress free and I greatly appreciate it. Thanks so much!
Cody B | Mudanza en líneaEveryone was always super nice and helpful!!
Lisa R | Experiencia generalI have recommended this storage unit to others. You have ppl coming and going out of storages and it can’t be perfectly clean, but they do their best to keep it up to par and they do work with their customers and I for one appreciate good customer service, it keeps me staying that for sure!!!
SHARMAINE H | Experiencia generalGentlemen Demarco, Demarcus, was very helpful and professional.
Bridget P | Experiencia generalTara at UHaul Alton was an absolute saint and deserves a raise!
Kahna C | Primeras impresionesI’m very satisfied with your company and Marco is one of the best managers I’ve ever run across a great man
donna h | Primeras impresionesYour staff is well trained and ALWAYS so nice and helpful
Nancy N | Experiencia generalThe lady I dealt with on Alton illinois on Homer Adams was wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Now the pick up in Lewisville on 35 was a joke. The young man that hooked up my trailer couldn't get my lights working because the plug in was loose. I had to climb under my truck and mess with it till I got it fixed. It was 100 degrees and I'm 62 with a broke toe and I'm doing his job?
Teresa M | Primeras impresionesEveryone was extremely nice and very patient with questions I had, I would recommend this particular uhaul area to others. I had a good experience both times I rented storage units.
PATRICIA b | Experiencia generalThe light above our unit was not working, but it didn’t affect us negatively. Everything else was great!
corey p | Experiencia generalExcellent customer service. The young lady that helped me was friendly knowledgeable and walked me through the process. I would recommend this U-Haul to anyone and everyone.
