Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulShow the customer to the equipment, confirm equipment damages, encourage customer to take pictures of the equipment prior to departure, ensure customer has the equipment that is documented on the U-haul paperwork. Return calls in a timely manner when the customer is experiencing issues at the drop off location. Basically do your job!
Gregory TAll addional equipment i ordered for my move was not included in the truck. I am very disappointed that no dolleys no covers were made available especially after I asked on call will all these items be available when I collect truck. I had to to find dolleys and straps to make my move happen on the day I had. I was not happy about this
LEIGH KDisappointed with the availability of moving equipment and the extra charge after the fact. Tried calling ahead a few days before to confirm if they had dollies, left two VMs with no reply. We had to go to a different U-Haul location because this one didn't have a furniture dolly or a regular dolly. Come to find out, we were charged for the extra mileage to this secondary U-Haul location.
Jacob WThis is not location specific, this is for the app when checking in. I made my reservation for a one way trip to a different state. When I went to check in the app did not populate the correct location and I could not type in or redirect the map to select the correct location. I ended up calling customer service and had an excellent experience getting the drop off location corrected back to the one from my initial reservation, not the one I had to select to move forward in the pick up process.
