The confirmation email should have stated that the location was unattended. I got a bit nervous when the location had a closed sign.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulStaff was friendly and helpful, and Marge truck was clean and ready to go, except someone did not check the engine oil level. I wasn’t more the a couple miles away from pick up spot when the low engine oil light came on. I braked to slow down and the light went out, then another half mile away it came on again. I pulled into a Wawa and had to add 2 quarts of oil (at $11.50/quart) to bring oil level to correct lines on dip stick. Truck rode fine after that and rest of trip was smooth and uneventful.
Gregory AThis isn’t a busy location. But it was very clean. The people working cleared us very quickly and they were very friendly also.
