This was our second time using On Target to rent. We are very happy with the attention we recieved there and highly recommend them.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMike from On Target was very nice and very helpful. We ordered a trailor for hauling a motorcycle but there was no wheel-chuck in the trailor. Also half way to Alabama the drivers side tail lights went out.
William AVery nice customer service person
Timothy JI was completely overcharged for the mileage used. The receipt I was given said I used 983mi. That is completely inaccurate!! I used this truck for no more than 50mi to go from Chicago, IL to Steger, IL. This better be corrected asap. I don’t even know how you all’s system allow for huge discrepancies but this better be handled because I WILL NOT BE PAYING $1000.
