The fenders on the car dolly I rented were falling off. I put tarp straps on both of them or I would have lost them in traffic. But!! The tires were new and the straps on the dolly were new and the ratchets worked excellent!! So mechanical the dolly was good!!

SHARON PThe first location gave me a auto transporter had no brakes, no lights and I was traveling 1200 miles with it I drove to U-Hall moving and storage of Spring and they immediately recognized the problem , remove the trailer from my truck and supplied me with perfectly operating auto transporter and got me on my way in minutes. The staff at the Spring location was very courteous and concerned with my needs for a safe worry free trip. I couldn’t be any happier.
JAMES TAbsolutely worst experience ive ever had with uhaul. Must i point out that Uhaul had nothing todo with it. The negative experience came from the location manager or owner. Nothing that they can do will fix or change my perception of their business. They are scum and represent uhaul poorly. They need to be investigated and dismissed from the uhaul company. I will use uhaul again, i will not use Cheema Auto again. Feel free to contact me for any questions.
