At the return location a sign directed remaining in the vehicle and staff would meet one. I waited and no one came, so I went in, and was told that sign was wrong. Recommend removing the sign.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThey were very helpful to communicate the status of my truck arriving at their facility and the check out was very easy with the app (it finally worked!.
Marcia CWhat was nerve racking was the side mirrors are not adjustable. Driving in rainy conditions was really difficult passing vehicles.
Wade FTruly, I'm unable to think of anything.
Thomas LHaving the customer guess the amount of gas it will take for the trip with no real guidance or knowledge of the truck MPG is not good business. I overfilled by a quarter of a tank. Not being able to return boxes when unused and in new condition is not equitable.
