The one downside is that they only do online process. I was told you could talk to somebody and have them check you in or online, but that wasn’t the case. So it was very confusing and took a lot of time. The place itself was fine. The process was terrible.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe back of the U-haul was covered in dust and dirt, all our stuff is filthy. And the cab was coated in thick dog hair, smelled like cigarettes and had a cigarette butt on the floor board. The technician was on-site when we picked up the truck and told us there could be a hole in the gas tank because people were drilling into them to steal the fuel. There was also only 32 miles left worth of fuel so we couldn't get fuel at a cheaper gas station. We were stuck getting to the closest and most expensive one in town.
Colton BThe whole remote process was poorly executed and poorly explained.
Sheridan Vput the windshield guard back up thanks, great spot
Callie GI would not have been able to complete this process without my son being there to help. I will not agree to rent at this location again.
