The lady working there was very friendly and helpful I wish I knew her name but she was great. I told her I was going to do the self-pickup, but she insisted on helping me in store. The facility had storage units but wasn’t overcrowded and I was helped in a quick and efficient manner. The truck was right near the office and easy to access and there was lots of space to turn around. I would definitely recommend this Uhaul dealer. Only reason I have not put 5 stars here is that the Uhaul employee discount was not properly applied to my rental. I had to call Uhaul the next day and I got it all sorted. Thank you for your help to the lady I rented from.

Andy CVan smelled like a farm truck and was sluggish to drive. Power steering (if it had it?) was stiff.
