I arrived at 5 am for a pickup I wasn’t able to leave until past 6:30. I had the correct passcode but the lock was so rusted it wouldn’t open and no one could come open it. It wouldn’t budge, my mother and I got to the point of our fingers bleeding to try and open it.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWould have given an excellent rating but the dolly and Blankets I ordered were not in the truck when I picked It up. This was on a Saturday and the business was Closed so nobody to get with to rectify.
Randolph Wtruck needs work, transmission fluid was no show on the dipstick same as oil, shocks were absolutely shot and steering wheel has to be turned to keep the truck straight while driving, very unsafe and unsettling
Braden hTow dolly was rusty as were the ratchets. The tech at first just helped us get our car on and then said “there you go” and wasn’t going to hook us up but we told him that in the past U-Haul required they do the hook up so he finally did. 2 hrs down the road we had an explosive blowout that damaged my rim. 4 hrs later they brought another dolly and the tech that did it said the chains were never put on connecting the car to the dolly. I would NEVER rent from that location again.
