Let the customer know that there is no ramp for the truck. Have the actual correct price for a hand cart advertised on the handcart itself.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe app pickup process is an absolute NIGHTMARE. Pick up in person if you can!
Cathy TWhen I pick up the truck and got it to where I was moving from the back of the truck was dirty I had to sweep it out before I could put my stuff in it 😕
Paul TI couldn’t open up U-Haul website to check in truck, but it could have been my mistake, so I emailed it with all the information about it, and it worked Thank you.
Tilden DWent to the drop off location on Saturday an hour before the website said they would be closed. No one was around . Drove round back. Dropped off trailer. Had zero interaction with anybody there have no idea what their facilities were like. Would have like to talk to someone as the trailer started to make a grinding noise on the way to the drop off.
