Great experience. I did forget to mention the steering felt a little loose on that truck and the ABS light was always on. Not sure if the ABS light should get on.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMike is great! He’s easy to talk to and very helpful, he’ll also have you laughing. Makes for a great experience! Definitely recommended!! Thanks Mike!!
Clarissa PMike at this U-Haul location is great he’s wonderful with customers helpful, knowledgeable and kind but I have a terrible moving experience with U-Haul because they didn’t have my reservation available twice and changed my whole moving situation causing me to spend a lot more money and scrambling to find people to help I am disabled, and cannot understand how a company can treat people this way, especially in this economy it is an outrage I will hopefully never have to use uhaul ever again!!
MICHELLE HI apologize for not taking the photo of the tag before we took off. I didn’t look at my phone until we were already on the road. I did take the photo when we got home, but by then the page had “timed out”. Anyway, we didn’t need it for a full 24 hours, so turned it back in after we accomplished our “mission”….of taking a portable, but very heavy, generator to the shop for repair. Thanks, and….have a gr-r-r-r-reat day.
Joai CThe uhaul 20ft truck smelled terrible of cigarettes smoke and old alcohol. And it sounded like a major exhaust leak which was even worse on gas. It only had 1/4 of a tank of gas when I picked it up as well. The man was kind in the office at pickup. And drop off in Burlington for a 40 dollar discount was fine. I broke out in a rash because im allergic to cigarettes smoke. I even went back in the office to tell the guy that it smells terrible of smoke and we will not get charged. Smelt the old alcohol about 10 minutes into the drive.
