I arrived early to this place to rent a U-Haul.The service sucks, the guy didn’t know how to use the app. He called for assistance and the other guy was not helpful either. As a result, when I finally got things figured out, the furniture I was picking up was already given away, and I paid 60$ for nothing

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe location was good and staff very helpful. But I am very upset over the fact that the truck cost was more than double what was listed on the U-Haul website when reserving the truck. The cost on the website said the truck would be $280. I was charged $599. For this reason, I will not use or recommend U-Haul in the future.
Judy DAmassing service, everything worked perfectly
Vladimir GVery disorganized
Tom SThe customer service at My Market was truly top-notch! However, they are in the throes of a rebuild so you can’t quite call that clean and neat. As soon as their upgrade is finished, I’m sure it’s going to be a fantastic spot. Very easy in and out of the parking lot. Directions on Google maps excellent. And the manager and his checkout person were really phenomenal people! When I had a question about my bill later, it was explained perfectly and made absolute sense. I would easily use these guys again.
