Extremely Poor Service and Lack of Responsibility I waited for 30 minutes at the pickup location, and no one was there to assist me. To make matters worse, I had reserved and paid for a U-Haul truck with a dolly, but when I arrived, the employee told me they did not have any dollies available. Despite the fact that there appeared to be two or three dollies in the storage area on the security cameras, the employee still refused to provide one. I even pointed out a dolly attached to the back of another truck and asked if I could use it, but my request was denied. I ended up receiving the truck without the dolly I had paid for. This caused significant difficulties during my move, and I had to go elsewhere and purchase another dolly at my own expense. It is unacceptable for a company as large as U-Haul to provide such irresponsible service. Customers should not have to wait 30 minutes, deal with unavailable staff, or pay for equipment that is not provided. If a customer reserves and pays for a truck with additional equipment, that equipment should be available at pickup. This was a very disappointing experience, and U-Haul needs to take responsibility for its service and equipment availability.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulFirst off on a one way rental uhaul should start giving the option to take more miles vs having the truck for 2 days just a thought because I’d prefer extra miles. This location was horrible the guy had me there an hour and swore he was doing everything right then I called in and got help . These vendors should undergo basic training on how to work the uhaul system and on how to fix any problems because I can’t get my time back and I’m sure it was a step he missed not paying attention
JOSHUA WSeemed like a lot of things I was asked to do was for the benefit of the person checking me in and out, I needed to park it a certain way, all blankets needed to be folded how I picked them up. I attached and detached the trailer myself. Felt like it was told to me that way so they didn’t have to do it. Equipment wise everything worked good and proper as attended.
Cale WThe button on the end of the shift shift knob button for tow package you have to push it every time you start the truck. I got worse, gas mileage until I figured it out.
Larry WThe guy helping me was running the whole station. Managing a super busy marathon location in a up and coming crazy ass area. He was dealing with crackheads on bikes, gas pumps, and all kinds of craziness. Yet he still somehow had time to help me hook up my trailer. A++
