I was overcharged at this location when I went to get a trailer from them. The manager added extra charges I didn't approve, and when I tried to contact him about it, I didn't get a response. The manager was distracted handling the liquor store side in the u. Haul side at one time; very bad service. I will never go there again.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe staff was supper helpful
Joey DIt"s too busy for me backing a large trailer in with people coming in & out at the store. I picked the U Haul drop off location on US Hwy 98N because of the easy in & out. The fellow at the location there told me by e-mail & phone that he would not accept it there. I had to drop it at Hilltop. I would not recommend the Hilltop location only because of the backing up in a very busy in & out convenience store. The man at the store was very friendly & helpful with the check in. Just a little too busy for me.
Jere HThe location was fine, but what I when thru for drop off was horrible and makes never want to rent again. If there is a nother solution to rent from when I need to rent again I'll never use u haul
William KNo improvements. Both men were helpful even after the return of my uhaul. My tire was flat and two of the Managers immediately came over to help with my tire. Not only are both men professional, but they are genuinely kind hearted individuals who are eager to help if needed.
