Nothing. U-Haul is easy to deal with. I’ve rented several trailers over the years and never had an issue.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulEveryone with regards to this rental was very friendly and helpful. I had a hard time trying to do a reservation on line and the young lady at AM/PM on S. Palo Verde in Lake Havasu helped me get it done. Even looked for a truck the size I needed for me and got it. That night my reservation was confirmed and the next morning my truck was waiting for me at Wilson Self Storage off of Hwy 95 in Lake Havasu City Az. The guys there were straight on it and off I went. A great, easy experience! Thanks to all at U-Haul!!

Mary JVery poor reservation process. We were told certain items were at certain locations and they were not. We also made a final reservation and next day after paying a taxi $150 to pick up, they told us they didn’t have the transporter. We had to pay a taxi again to take us to a new location. Drop off was terrible as well. We were given an address that would have space for our return and it was difficult to find and also insanely small.
