Terrible experience. I showed up at the Main Street location and had to wait in line 40 minutes because only one person was working on the last day of the month. When I finally got to the counter they told me my truck was no longer available. It was lifted straight out of Seinfeld, “you know how to take the reservation, you just don’t know how to hold the reservation”. They made me drive 40 minutes out of the way to pick up a truck that was larger than the one I wanted and made me uncomfortable driving and wouldn’t give me any kind of discount for the inconvenience. Next time I’m moving I’m going to avoid UHaul at all costs.

Bheryl KRunning lights on trailer did not work and location was not able to provide a furniture dolly as requested. I see this as an issue with the reservation system and not the individual pickup location.
