Didn’t actually see or meet anybody, but over the phone they were very helpful and told me where to put the trailer and took care of all the paperwork.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulEverything was pretty straight forward.
LILLIAN VFurniture dollies were ordered but never received. Truck had over 120K miles on it and steering seemed to be shaky. Some rain entering the passenger side. Engine light was on when picked up and returned. I checked the oil level myself and it was ok. Staff was rude.

MERCITA VI recently rented a truck from this location and was overcharged after returning it. When I called to dispute the charge, the representative I spoke with was extremely rude and hung up on me before I could even finish explaining my situation. This is completely unacceptable customer service. I expected to be treated with basic respect, especially when I was the one reaching out about a billing error on their end. I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved and will be escalating my complaint further if nothing is done. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
