Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulEverything was just right! I had to call and ask if I could leave the trailer on because it was just too heavy for me to undo, as an older woman lol, and the lady I called was so helpful and understanding. Thumbs up to this location!!
PATTI OCounter clerk told us we don’t need to take pics and we brought back more gas than we got and she told us we can’t get pur money / back
Tameka rMy experience was horrible. I rented a trailer at 11:00am and returned same day at 3:30, then charged a late fee along with insurance which I clearly declined on my reservation. I called the office and Bobby was to call me right back, still waiting on that call. I have filed a complaint with corporate.
kurt dService is extremely bad, no one on site to help or aid in any way. Check the google reviews the lady that runs its isn’t very personable…
