How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere was no service and it took nearly an hour in the rain to get it checked in and out.
justin bThe rental truck was not acceptable. I mentioned that the drivers side door seems to close odd. The people at the rental place says no--it's good we inspected it. I could not tell until on the highway--but the issue I asked about was an issue...the drivers door did not seal correctly and the wind howled drastically for over 400 miles. The shocks in the front would bounce uncontrollably when going over anything that was not perfectly smooth. This particular pick-up U-Haul location is operated out of a shed on a piece of dirt. No garage or actual building to be able to review any issues with the trucks in advance of renting. How is this acceptable to U-Haul? A shitty standard.
KELLY BLocation has no lights at night, it's very unsafe even with the tiny motion dection light that works only when you're on the vacant field. It seems like they are never there and they always seem to over charge because they only care about the money. My expoerience with this location has always been horrible, I try to use Santa Rosa Beach with I chose again but they didn't have a truck depite my reservation.
Nicholas nIt was just a field with no one there because they have terrlble hours. I did the self drop off on the U-Haul site. I had a little trouble at first but got it checked in. Thank you U-Haul. The truck was nice.
