One of the tires on the trailer was almost bald. I had to travel clear across the country being paranoid that the tire might blow at any time. Luckily that didn't happen. I wish that better care would have taken place to ensure that I would had have a better moving experience.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-Haulmoving blankets and furniture dolly were ordered for the rental, but they were not available when the truck was picked up, and no effort was made to aquire them.
Douglas GThe entire transaction was easy and simple and I will use them again.
DARYL JMy only issue was, I made the reservation on 9/3/26 for 10/1/26 I asked for pads and a dolly. No one reached out or contacted me to change pickup locations. When i go to pickup the truck i get told “i don’t have the equipment you asked for. I found that frustrating. I felt like my pick up location should’ve been somewhere that could’ve given me the equipment I asked for.
CARLOS AThe lady at this location was very friendly and very helpful. Another great customer service experience.
