Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe gentleman that helped us with pick up was amazing and very helpful. He was kind, patient and willing to do the extra step to make sure we were safe and ready. Thanks Pioneer Woods.
Maria MWe did a drop off but contacted them and they were helpful!
JADON SThe Pioneer Woods location was closed, I went to Pioneer Woods Storage instead. I had a problem with the U-Haul trailer hook up, and Sissy came out on her day off to help me hook it on properly, she's the best There was an issue with some dents and a hole in the roof of the U-Haul trailer
Deirdre RI cannot really apply any feedback on the actual location that i dropped off. I was originally set to drop off at location in gatlinburg. Day of drop off they were not open yet and that was 1 hour after posted open time. After i spoke to manager, it turns out they no longer work with uhaul(even though uhaul site shows as option). I was then given pioneer woods and i was told they were open. When i get there, it was closed and i had to work with someone on the phone to do dropoff via app.
