The paperwork was did not match the actual odometer reading and the fuel level did not match the beginning of the trip. The mileage said it was less than what it actually was. The fuel level said it was more than it was. The fuel level claimed it was above 1/4 tank when it was not. It was at 1/4 tank and said 81 miles to empty. I put gas in it to match what it was when I picked it up. When I dropped it off it said 85 miles to empty and the gas gauge was at the same spot as when I picked it up. I was charged almost $13 for 2 gallons of gas that wasn’t even in the truck when I picked it up. The only thing the lady said when I informed her was “ hmm that’s weird”. So no I will never recommend this location for Uhaul pick up.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe directions for drop off were not clear. I believe there was a disruption to the location due to road closure for a new subdivision. After about a hour i found the website and reachec their 24 hr dispatcher since this was a towing company. She gave me different direction to get there.
Sherry WI had a great experience. The truck was very smooth to drive from North Dallas to Central Arkansas.
Nathan HFast Friendly service. They allowed me to hook up the trailer myself, while watching me do it so I didn't mess anything up. It had been a while since I had hooked up a trailer. The new hitch system is super easy and convenient, it almost felt too easy, I thought I was missing something.
Bob RToo many police presence. They were doing some sort of registration for old vehicles and trailers.
