TERRIBLE. YOUR APP DOESNT WORK. It put us behind our schedule by an hour because it wpuldnt allow us to do the 24/7 rental. The place the truck was picked up at didnt open until 9 we had a 8 am scheduled pick up. CS wasnt much better. Drop off was a nightmare couldnt check it in on app drop off location was closed. We then get called by the dealer of that location being yelled at that it wasnt supposed to be dropped off there however it WAS when reserved and apparently the pick up process tjat was done with a rep somehow the drop location was removed not by us because again we had chosen the location wr dropped it off at. Still waiting on 50 Uhaul guarantee!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulShowed up for a 10am pick up. They hadn't even checked the vehicle in from the last renter. Had to wait for them to check it in and look at it. Wasted my time. Irritating that they couldn't have had it ready.

Albert SThe truck was very dirty with sand and mud shoes prints. I request and was charged for furniture dolly that was not in truck. U Haul app was difficult to process data during photos and kept repeating the process.
