The issue I had was with the app. I arrived and I did not have a pick up code sent right away and it took 20 minutes to get that started. And then trying to check in the app kept crashing after every picture it asked for. I finally just left because it was 105 degrees and we had to get to the storage. The truck was awesome though.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI picked up my truck after hours the U-Haul app was not working so I had to call and wait a long time for someone to help me. When I opened the lock box there was no key inside. Luckily they had a sign for 24 hour road side assistance for the tire shop and I called that number and someone came pretty quickly but I would’ve had to wait the following day if no one answered or they didn’t have that sign. There should be a number to call for situations like that and not be on a wait list with U-Haul call center.
Matt ENo contact with employees. shop was closed used ap to return truck left key in lock box. It took sometime to complete return on ap. Very easy just time consuming
Teresa HLooks like it was just brought in, bugs splattered on wind shield & front of truck. Only 3/4 tank of gas - the person I dealt with wasn’t very personable
