Truck cab and bed were both dirty. Our pickup location was switched the morning before and I double checked with the person who informed me of the switch that the Dollies and blankets would still be available at the new pickup location - they were not and I called multiple stores to try and find them and ultimately had to do the move without them

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI had not understood the milage limit. 421 miles seemed a bit arbitrary, i didn't know there would be a 1$ per mile additional fee. The person was unwilling to adjust this cost. Even though i returned truck with 7/8 of a tank, when i received it with 3/8. No exceptions were considered. Left me with a less than optimal experience.

Steven cNice people a little slow and needed to repeat most of the stuff I had done on line.
Peter EClean and service truck. Check engine light was on. Brakes were very soft. The driver side window was left open in pouring rain,. Drivers seat was soaking wet.
