We were initially supposed to pick up our truck in Georgetown and had booked over a month in advance. A couple days before pick up we got a call advising it was no longer available in Georgetown and had to drive all the way to caledon (45 minute drive minimum). While the customer service was really nice and allowed us to pick up the truck a day early at no charge, this added on quite a bit of stress into our moving day as we had to account for an extra almost 2 hours of time to just pick up the truck. The pick up and drop off was fairly simple but wish we would have known ahead of time that we needed to provide contacts to verify our legitimacy as we would have had those prepared beforehand and saved us a lot of time.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-Haulalthough it was a bit better this time, there are still so many basic improvements required. - the heavy trailer still does not have a jack to lift. - there is no lighting in the area, in the middle of nowhere so very difficult to see at times. - the process seems to have been delayed...i only got the email after i have notified the staff that i had not received anything yet, although i had booked several days in advance and still had got nothing till the day of.
Bernard B- nobody was there. - no phone number to contact. - I picked up the equipment as per the contract then got a phone call during the day informing me that they thought it had been stolen...there was no indication that I was supposed to phone someone and no phone number provided. - the trailer was extremely heavy to lift for one person. This should have been mentioned and a jack should be set on the trailer so it can be lifted as needed. I asked to rent from MIEDEMA's, where service is good with people on site. This other location on highway 10 is terrible...only bad experience with them. Overall a bad experience, even so I managed to get my work done.
