Absolutely 💯 percent. They were friendly and explained that I did everything correctly including how I cleaned the truck and had gas perfectly at same level as I picked it up.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulNot likely the location’s fault. The truck itself was very clean. The truck had a major leak in the box storage area (in Mother’s Attic) driver’s side that caused all of my belongings in that section to get wet when it rained.
MATTHEW DUnit was hooked up speedily. The chains were too tight. The hitch was not tightened enough. All resulted in the trailer disconnecting except for one chain! While the employee was very pleasant, she didn’t know, care, or understand the importance of correctly attaching trailer for safety.

John KMike and the team where amazing, flexible, and more importantly, a vivid supporter of us in uniform. Great service, clean trucks, and trailers. Highly recommend them!!
