Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulDirty, outdated, and construction was done next to my unit without me being aware resulting in all of my belongings being covered in construction dust and most being rendered trash. Would not use again.
Kelli GThis was a great rental experience, and I appreciated everyone’s efficiency and friendliness.
Chad CThe rearview mirror keeps tilting downwards, forcing me to constantly readjust it by hand—it’s extremely dangerous. This should have been checked before the vehicle was handed over; if a traffic accident were to occur, it would be too late.
YUAN LThe staff at Brian Doby’s Service Center goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. We are a non profit and rent from them at least once a month. They have outstanding customer service. I highly recommend then to anyone in need of a truck.
