I reserved a 15’ truck which was not at the location I was. I had to go to another location to pick up a 20’ truck. This snafu caused a 3 hour delay for me. So ultimately, the truck was fine, the location at the time wasn’t.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI did not come away with a feeling of confidence knowing the trailer was in good shape and would make it the my destination. The people working at this destination didn’t help with this lack of confidence.
ROBERT DExcellent customer service friendly and helpful.
BARBARA SThe Folks at Strobels Service Station are some of the nicest people I've ever met. Very Helpful. Highly recommended!
PAUL BThe service station was closed for the weekend. Did not interact with anyone. However it was a convenient spot for drop off. We were able to utilize the after hours drop box
