  • I reserved 5 hours with 2 people of moving assistance. My wife and I spent a lot of time packing and prepping which resulted in the movers completing the job in 2.5 hours. Move Trooper refused to refund the other 2.5 hours they did not work. Additionally, I had informed them we had an upright piano to move days before the move. They asked for photos and I sent them days ahead of time. At that time they agreed to move the piano at no extra charge, however the day of the move onsite movers requested and extra $200 to move the piano. I then spoke to the owner, he agreed to have his team move the piano at as initially agreed at no extra costs, however the 2 movers on site refused to move it. Now I have to pay someone else to come and move it.

  • The one man who was bringing stuff outside my apartment to the other 2 was very kind and polite. Sadly, a lot of my stuff was broken including my TV stand, some glass decor, and a bedframe. I tipped them in person for their help at least getting my stuff loaded, as they ran out of time to unload.
