  • I booked 2 helpers for 3 hours. The movers completed the entire job in less 1.5 hours leaving 1.5 hours of the reserved time unused. I asked Buqui for the refund before releasing the code but he said no that it doesn’t matter how long it takes to finish the job. I would also like to document an incident that occurred while the movers were unloading. They broke a light bulb in the hallway and stated that they would take care of it if required to. I also was surprised when they requested $60 extra for third floor then $40 that I paid in cash. I requested my receipt for the extra payment but none was provided. Because half of the booked time was not needed, I am requesting a $85 refund, representing the unused 1.5 hours at $58 per hour. The job was completed successfully, and I am satisfied overall with the job except light bulb issue; however, I believe a refund for the unused portion is fair. I understand that the Payment Code has already been released, I would appreciate your help.
