  • A disastrous moving experience. My son reported that one of the movers, Khrystian, threatened to STAB HIM over a parking dispute. The other mover, Jacob, later approached me to reassure me that Khrystian wasn't carrying a weapon. The movers also dragged my expensive bed foundation up concrete stairs, shredding the fabric. Their excuse? - It's really heavy. They slid my fabric couch across the truck bed without a moving blanket, leaving it filthy. Sandy, the owner, offered to send her people to clean it, but after the threat, I was no longer comfortable allowing her employees into my home. I requested financial compensation instead. Sandy offered less than the replacement cost of the foundation alone. She now claims to have refunded me $240, but I have received NOTHING. Moving Help's mediation process provided no assistance. I would NEVER recommend this company.

    First of all my employee never threatened anyone . A car pulled in front of the truck in the parking spot my worker said he was pulling the truck in there he did not know it was her son apparently the kid wanted to fight my worker when my worker realized he was with the customer he simply said I am the mover doing this job I'm here to work and went about his business..the customer informed me it was a error on her part and did not take the insurance safe load I offer. As she states they carried the one piece king box spring 3 flights and and the corner had a small tear in it . She showed me one for 360.00 I offered her 240 2 hours of work for free she excepted she states she didn't see it refunded it wasn't technically refunded she wasn't charged for the extra 2 hours of service.the couch did have a small black mark on. they used a white eraser it came off . I also offered to have her entire couch cleaned she refused. She wanted help from moving help simple she was compensated.
