  • We booked the movers for the afternoon, but they called and said they had to come in the morning. This was very inconvenient, because we had 2 other appointments that morning. When they got to our house, they told us that they could only work for 1 1!2 hours, even though we'd paid for 3 hours. They were pleasant and worked for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I realize that your policy is not to refund for unused time, but I believe that I should receive a refund for at least 1 hour since this provider refused to work the last hour and left much before that.
