  • This was the most inexperienced and unprofessional crew of movers I have ever hired .. they don't have any respect for the belongings they are loading. The entire load shifted and numerous things fell into door and caused hundreds in damage. I have left text requesting refund and no answer.. make sure sure to pay the extra cost cause this company isn't worth the cost it will run you in the end !!! I hired different company to unload me at new location and they were great!!!! Also boxes had all been opened as well... I should not have to babysit the movers loading truck... Haven't even seen what all the damage is yet.Wish I could upload pics!

    We are sorry to see this review because it does not accurately reflect what occurred during the move. Before we finished loading, the customer was able to review how the truck was packed and did not raise these concerns at that time. The customer also did not provide moving straps, ropes, bubble wrap, or other materials to secure and protect certain belongings during transportation. Our movers did not take or lose the U Haul key. The key issue and the approximately 450 dollar charge were separate from our moving service. A refund was later requested from us, which we were unable to provide through the Moving Help platform. We take legitimate damage concerns seriously and are willing to cooperate with the proper resolution process. We also believe the full circumstances of the move should be accurately represented.
