  • Extremely professional and very accommodating to my schedule! Communication was amazing. They told me when they received my request and kept me updated throughout the entire process.

  • I had high hopes initially as you all were very flexible and able to deliver my items from the uhaul store early. However, my couch is torn and discolored on the corners where it was moved, and my credenza has dents and scratches on corners of one side. They’re all on the sides where the movers had them resting, so looks like the damage was from dragging them instead of using equipment. Really disappointed that I’ll have to do some furniture magic or replace these items.

Sorry to hear this. We do not drag furniture. We are the unloaders in SD. I was under the impression that you knew what your furniture looked like before we took it out of the box.
